Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions, renewals, and billing questions

Chess Wizard Weekly uses Stripe-hosted billing so customers can manage payment methods, invoices, cancellations, and subscription status securely.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions renew each month until canceled. If you cancel, your Pro access generally remains available through the end of the current billing period unless Stripe or support applies a different outcome.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions renew once per year until canceled. Annual plans are discounted compared with paying monthly and are intended for customers who want a longer-term coaching habit.

Cancellation Process

You can cancel or manage your subscription from the Billing page by opening Stripe's hosted billing portal. If you have trouble accessing the portal, contact support and include the email address on your account.

Renewal Timing

Renewal timing is determined by Stripe based on your subscription start date, selected billing interval, and any changes made through Stripe. The Billing page shows the current status and period end when available.

Refund Policy

Refunds are reviewed case by case. If a billing error occurred, the service was unavailable for an extended period, or you were charged unexpectedly after attempting to cancel, contact support and we will review the request.
