You agree to use Chess Wizard Weekly only for lawful purposes. Do not abuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with scheduled jobs, scrape private areas, or use another person's account without permission.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide a Chess.com username that you are allowed to use with this service.
Subscription Terms
Pro subscriptions provide access to deeper weekly reports and related account features while your subscription is active, trialing, or otherwise treated as active by our billing system. Feature availability may change as the product evolves.
Billing
Billing is handled by Stripe. By starting a paid subscription, you authorize recurring charges for the selected monthly or annual plan until you cancel through the hosted billing portal or another supported method.
Intellectual Property
Chess Wizard Weekly owns the product design, report formatting, written explanations, software, branding, and related materials. You retain responsibility for your own Chess.com account and any information you submit.
Service Availability
We aim to deliver reports reliably, but the service depends on third-party platforms including Chess.com, Stripe, Resend, Vercel, database hosting, and analysis tools. Temporary delays or interruptions may occur.
Disclaimer of Engine Analysis
Chess analysis, Stockfish output, coaching recommendations, projections, and training suggestions are educational tools. They may be incomplete, delayed, or imperfect and should not be treated as guaranteed improvement advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Chess Wizard Weekly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost rating points, missed training time, data interruptions, or third-party service failures.
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create security risk, abuse the service, or interfere with other customers. You may cancel your subscription through Stripe and request account deletion by contacting support.
