When are reports sent?
Reports are designed to run every Sunday. Delivery can be delayed if Chess.com, email delivery, or report generation has an issue.
Where do I manage billing?
Signed-in customers can use the Billing page to open Stripe's hosted portal for payment methods, invoices, and cancellations.
What if my Chess.com username is wrong?
Account editing is being expanded. For now, contact support with your account email and the correct Chess.com username.
Does Pro guarantee rating improvement?
No. Pro reports provide engine-backed analysis and training guidance, but improvement depends on practice, volume, and how you use the recommendations.
Can I get a refund?
